Kalakand for Janmashtami Celebrations
Ingredients Required
Paneer
Sweetened condensed milk
Cardamoms powder
Full cream milk powder
Silver leaf
Procedure
In a wok, take paneer and full cream milk powder. Add condensed milk to it and mix well. Now, take this mixture in a thick-bottomed pan and cook on a medium flame. Make sure that you are continuously stirring the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick. Remove from the pan and spread the mixture on a greased plate. Sprinkle the cardamom powder and put the silver foil on it. Then allow it to cool for sometime and cut into the desired shape. Generally it is rectangle or diamond shaped kalakand. And the magnetic kalakand is ready to be served.
